For the smoothies:
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen banana cubes
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen pineapple cubes
- 500 ml (2 cups) frozen mango cubes
- 250 ml (1 cup) NutriDay Plain Yoghurt
- 1-2 tsp (5-10 ml) honey, to taste
- 125 ml (½ cup) coconut milk
- 30 ml (2 Tbsp) cashews
For the toppings:
- fresh granadilla pulp
- coconut flakes
- sliced kiwi fruit
- nuts of your choice
- Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
- Transfer to bowls and decorate with toppings.
- Serve immediately.
