Ingredients

  • 150g Bulgur wheat
  • 100g Mixed baby root vegetables
  • Salt and Pepper to season
  • 1 Jar Preserved figs
  • 1 Jar Tomato and chilli jam
  • 250ml Danone NutriDay Plain Yoghurt
  • 1tbs Lemon juice

Method

Labne

  1. Mix yoghurt lemon juice & 1 ½ tsp of salt
  2. Add in the lemon juice & mix well
  3. Put into a strainer with cheese cloth
  4. Leave for 1 day
Tabbouleh

  1. Cook bulgur wheat in 3 cups of water for 25 min or until soft & then let cool
  2. Clean and trim vegetables. Season and add butter. Roast at 180 degress celsius for 20 min
  3. Chop tomatoes & onion finely
  4. Chop parsley
  5. Once ready mix all ingredients together
Assembly

  1. Put tabbouleh mix into bowl
  2. Top with figs & tomato jam
