Ingredients

  • 150g Beef Strips
  • 4 Mini Pita Bread
  • ¼ Cucumber
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 leaves shredded Lettuce
  • ½ Red onion
  • Salt & Pepper to season
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2tsp Cracked coriander
  • 1 Tomato
  • 100ml Danone NutriDay Plain Yoghurt

Method

Filling

  1. Grill beef strips in oil, until brown
  2. Slice onions & tomato finely
  3. Once beef is cold mix together with onions & tomato
Tzatziki

  1. Cut cucumber in half
  2. Scoop seeds out with spoon
  3. Slice then dice the cucumber
  4. Grate peeled clove of garlic
  5. Zest 1⁄2 lemon
  6. Squeeze juice from half the lemon
  7. Mix all ingredients with yoghurt
  8. Add coriander & season to taste
Pita & filling

  1. Toast pita until crispy
  2. Slice in half
  3. Drizzle in tzatziki mixture
  4. Add lettuce & beef mix
