Ingredients

  • 100g baby marrow
  • 5 Mint leaves
  • 50ml Danone NutriDay Plain yoghurt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100g Flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 50ml Milk
  • Pepper to taste
  • 5g BBQ spice
  • 3g Cayenne pepper
  • 200ml Oil for deep-frying

Method

Baby marrow balls

  1. Grate baby marrow & mix with eggs, flour, BBQ spice, cayenne pepper
  2. Season with salt & pepper
  3. Heat oil to 180 degrees celsius
  4. Make baby marrow mix into 50g balls
  5. Fry till golden brown
Tzatziki

  1. Grate garlic finely
  2. Chop mint & grated garlic together
  3. Scoop cucumber seeds out with a spoon
  4. Slice cucumber into large squares
  5. Mix all ingredients with the yoghurt
  6. Season to taste
